Self-Assessment Tool

Beginning June 1, 2023, CDM, CFPPs beginning a new three-year recertification period will need to complete the CBDM Self-Assessment Tool prior to reporting new continuing education activities. After completing the tool, the CDM, CFPP will be provided with an individualized learning plan. The learning plan can then be used to guide future CE choices.
