Certified Dietary Manager, Certified Food Protection Professionals are nationally recognized experts at managing foodservice operations and ensuring food safety. When you earn the credential, you prove your competence in the areas of foodservice management, personnel and communication, nutrition, sanitation and safety, and business operations.
Your training options to become eligible for the CDM, CFPP Credentialing Exam are flexible. Some students attend classes part-time while working in food service and some choose independent study or online options. If you already have a related degree, you may already qualify for the CDM, CFPP Credentialing Exam. There are five ways to qualify!
