CDM = Recognizes CDM Credential

The state regulations recognize the Certified Dietary Manager credential as one of the qualifications necessary to be a director of foodservices.

Course = Recognizes ANFP Course

The state regulations recognize completion of the ANFP course as one of the qualifications necessary to be a director of foodservices.

Blank – Credential/Course not recognized

The state regulations do not recognize ANFP, neither course completion nor certification, as one of the qualifications necessary to be a director of foodservices.
